If you live in the European Union, you can withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. The law gives you 14 days — at Room of Cotton, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order.

From the day you, or someone you name, receive your order. For an order delivered in several parcels, from the last one. The legal minimum in the EU is 14 days.

Send it back
Return the items within 14 days of your notice with a tracked service. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Your refund
Within 14 days of your withdrawal, including the standard delivery costs, once we have received the items or proof that you sent them — to your original payment method.
Good to know
- This right applies to purchases made by consumers.
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as custom-made items, cannot be returned.
- Please return the items in the condition you received them: you may be liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine them.
