If you have a complaint or are not satisfied with the product, you can return the ordered goods within 14 days of delivery, provided that all requirements stated on this page are met. Once we receive the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Important: Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed by RoomOfCotton.

Easy returns in 3 steps:

Step 1:

Send us an email at  hello@roomofcotton.com . Please include a complete return request containing the following information:

• Would you like to exchange the product or return it for a full refund?

• Please send photos to help us understand the issue.

• Once your request has been approved, you will receive a return form from us.

Step 2:

Send the items listed on the return form back to the address provided on the form. Make sure you obtain a tracking code (Track & Trace). As the sender, you are responsible for ensuring the parcel is delivered.

Send the tracking code to hello@roomofcotton.com , so we can track your return request at any time and respond accordingly.

Step 3:

Once we receive the returned goods, the order amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made products.

• Gift products (for example, a free gift or a product included in a Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion).
